Products sold on [amerigenwellness.com] (the “Site”) by Amerigen Wellness Labs Inc. are supplied exclusively for non-clinical laboratory research, analytical reference standards, and assay development by qualified research facilities and trained personnel.
These products are not for human or animal consumption. They are not approved for clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, cosmetic, food, or any other consumer use. Purchasers and users must be 21 years of age or older.
This Research Use Only (RUO) Policy outlines the strict permitted scope of purchase and use. It works in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Returns, and Refund Policy. In case of any conflict, the Terms & Conditions prevail.
1. Permitted Use – Strictly Research Only
- Research Use Only (RUO). All products are sold solely for non-clinical laboratory research, reference standards, or assay development purposes.
- No Human or Animal Use. Products must never be used for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or application in any form. They must not be represented, marketed, or used to diagnose, treat, mitigate, prevent, or cure any disease, condition, or symptom.
- No Regulatory Approvals Claimed. Products are not authorized, approved, licensed, or evaluated by Health Canada (or any other regulatory body) as drugs, natural health products, medical devices, veterinary products, or for any therapeutic purpose. Do not represent them as such.
- Qualified Facilities & Personnel Only. Handling and use are restricted to properly equipped laboratories or research institutions with appropriate safety protocols, internal controls, risk assessments, PPE, engineering controls, and waste disposal procedures. Only individuals with relevant scientific training, institutional approvals, and oversight may handle these materials.
- No Instructions Provided. We do not provide dosing, administration, protocols, reconstitution guidelines, or any use instructions. Any such information from third parties is not endorsed by us.
- Age Restriction. All purchasers and users must be at least 21 years old.
2. Purchaser & User Responsibilities
By purchasing or using our products, you agree to:
- Comply fully with all applicable federal, provincial/territorial, municipal laws, regulations, and institutional policies regarding procurement, possession, transport, storage, handling, and disposal.
- Obtain all necessary institutional, facility, or regulatory approvals/permissions before any use.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate safety measures (including but not limited to PPE, ventilation, spill response, and hazardous waste disposal).
- Never use products in humans, animals, clinical trials, therapeutic applications, diagnostics, cosmetics, food products, supplements, or any consumer-facing context.
- Never repackage, relabel, market, resell, or distribute products for human/animal use, consumer sale, or any non-research purpose.
Amerigen Wellness Labs Inc. is not liable for misuse, improper storage/handling, non-compliance with laws or institutional rules, or any use outside this RUO scope. You assume full responsibility and liability.
3. Shipping & Availability
- Canada-Only Sales & Shipping. We sell and ship exclusively to valid Canadian addresses. Orders with non-Canadian shipping addresses will be cancelled.
- Shipping Origin. All orders ship from Ontario, Canada. See our Shipping & Returns page for carrier details, timelines, tracking, and reshipment policies.
- Delivery & Storage. You are responsible for prompt retrieval of deliveries and proper storage per your facility’s protocols and product stability requirements.
4. Acknowledgment & Confirmation
Placing an order constitutes your binding confirmation that:
- You are 21 years of age or older;
- You will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional requirements;
- Products will be used exclusively for non-clinical laboratory research by qualified personnel in appropriate facilities;
- Products will not be used for human or animal consumption, clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, or any other prohibited purpose;
- You understand products are sold as-is without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other implied warranties (to the fullest extent permitted by law), as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
