We can provide educational context on research categories and typical research dosages and applications, beauty peptides, performance peptides, and longevity peptides — but we do not give usage advice.

What is your refund and/or return policy?
Please note that all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and inventory, we cannot accept returns. If you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email so we can assist you.
Where do you ship?
Orders are shipped exclusively within Canada. All shipments are handled domestically through Canada Post to ensure secure, hassle-free delivery in discreet packaging.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are shipped the same business day, with expedited delivery typically taking 2–3 business days. Please note that these timeframes are averages—delivery may take longer in cases of courier delays or if you reside in a remote or rural area.
Do shipments include tracking?
Is Bacteriostatic Water Required?
Yes, all peptides are shipped in lyophilized form and must be reconstituted with Bacteriostatic Water before use. Bacteriostatic Water is sold separately. We recommend Pfizer brand bacteriostatic water. Please avoid using any “underground” or off-brand Bacteriostatic Water for reconstitution.
How can I know your product is real?
All peptides products sold on amerigenwellness.com are lab tested to ensure maximum quality for research purposes. With the exception of pharmaceutical Bacteriostatic Water, produced by Pfizer, if a product is not tested, we will not sell it.
